November is National Children’s Grief Awareness Month

I’ve always found it a bit... I don’t know, sleazy, when companies brag about how much they donate to charity. It’s like, "Look at us, we’re such good people! Buy our stuff!" And honestly, just typing this out makes me a little uncomfortable. But I do want to tell you what’s happening—because it matters.

Every book sold on my website sends one dollar to support two organizations doing amazing work. In October, $1 from every book went to Tailwaggers NWA in honor of National Pet Adoption Month, helping pets find loving homes.

In November, that dollar will go to the National Alliance for Children's Grief in honor of National Children's Grief Awareness Month.

I know I can’t compete with those big corporate checks. I'm just one author doing what I can. But I believe in these organizations and can see with my own eyeballs the impact they’re having.

So, while this isn't a grand announcement or anything like that, I just wanted you to know: every time you buy a book on my website, you're helping me give a little back. And to me, that’s worth sharing, even if it feels a little uncomfortable. One book at a time—we're making a difference, together.

Thank you for your support!
